Auditor of Quality of Management Systems (since 2003). While working at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, she was a member of a team within a pre-accession project to the EU - Centre of Excellence. She gained her experience, among others, in the Quality Assurance Department, she also managed the Security and Receivables Collection Department of a large trading company. Since 2013, he has held management positions in the KPW companies, taking care to maintain the best possible relations with clients and colleagues, while ensuring the highest possible level of service. In 2020, she was certified as an internal auditor in administration and economy by the Polish Institute of Internal Control. She is a certified cooperative inspector by the National Cooperative Council.

President of the Management Board of the KPW. He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He also completed his doctoral studies at the same university. He started his professional career in commercial and financial-accounting structures, holding managerial and supervisory positions, among others, as Vice President of the Management Board and Financial Officer in Centrostal Łódź S. A. The statutory auditor No. 11 939 – conducted several hundred audits of financial statements. He is a certified cooperative inspector by the National Cooperative Council.

Statutory auditor (No. 13 578) with experience gained in an international audit firm and in the financial reporting area of a capital group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). She specializes in the audit of company financial statements and assurance services related to sustainability reports. She joined the KPW team in 2022.

Statutory auditor (No. 14 206), graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. She has many years of experience in audit and financial accounting. She specializes in the audit of separate and consolidated financial statements as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She has extensive practical experience in group consolidation and the audit of capital groups. She combines experience gained in audit firms and in the industrial sector, supporting clients in the areas of financial reporting and audit.

Certified auditor reg. 13 294. He has over 25 years of experience in finance. He worked in auditing companies, including one of the Big Four, and in business management positions in IT, medical and real estate sectors. He specializes in accounting aspects of company mergers and migration of accounting data. He joined the KPW team in 2017.

A Statutory Auditor No. 12 248. Director of the KPW Branch in Wrocław. A graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. He obtained the qualifications of a statutory auditor in 2011, but he has been involved in auditing services for 19 years. He has many years of experience gained during the audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements of companies from various industries. He participated in numerous accounting consulting projects. He worked for international consulting companies, i. e. Rödl & Partner and PwC. He also held the position of Financial Director in companies with foreign capital. He speaks fluent English and German.

Director of the Central & Southern Region, associated with KPW since 2020. She holds an internal auditor qualification and has completed training to become a tax advisor. She is currently undergoing professional training to become a statutory auditor. She completed postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in Financial Audit at the Cracow University of Economics. She is a graduate of Mathematics at Lodz University of Technology and Finance and Accounting at the University of Lodz. Privately, she is passionate about cooking and enjoys reading crime fiction.

She gained her professional customer service experience working for 5 years in a multi-insurance agency as an office manager.
